Mom and Baby Exercise Classes

Ethnic mother and baby head shot at camera.Being a new mother can be very time consuming and stressful.  You want to find a way to spend quality time with your infant while also getting back to your pre-pregnancy weight.

The Mom and Baby Fitness Classes will  surround you with other moms and their infants with a focus on exercises that you can do with your child.  A front carrier is encouraged for the class and the class is geared toward infants that are non-crawlers.

Sign up TODAY for one of the following 8 week sessions:

Tuesdays at 9:30am (start date – January 21 at Babyology)
